Invest Today. Inspire Tomorrow.
Wheaton athletics and recreation programs offer invaluable opportunities to build connections, develop leadership skills, and sustain a healthy and active lifestyle.
Wheaton students are an active bunch—about half of our students participate in varsity or recreational sports—and they have a lot of options to choose from. Wheaton is an NCAA Division III school, competing in the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC), and offers 21 varsity men's and women's athletic programs as well as more than a dozen recreational sports and clubs. An investment in our athletic and recreational programs will maintain our extensive recreational facilities, secure our membership to NEWMAC Conference, attract and retain top-rated coaches as well as keeping all of our students moving!

- Within the last decade, Lyons have won 29 NEWMAC championships during both regular and tournament seasons
- There have been 64 student-athletes crowned individual national champions
- Lyon student-athletes have earned 694 NEWMAC Academic All-Conference accolades
- 94 Wheaton coaches have received Coach of the Year honors
